Building Controls Virtual Test Bed

The project goal is to construct a development environment for building control systems and demonstrate its value by developing and testing energy-oriented controls for selected applications.

This wiki describes the subtask in which we create the environment for [:ModularSimulation: modular simulation] that interfaces to building automation systems and that will serve as the development environment for building control systems.
