Release notes:
1. This release compiles and runs fine on Mac OS X and on Linux. On Windows, the example file {{{example/timeSync}}} does not yet work.
1. EnergyPlus is not part of this distribution. To obtain an EnergyPlus executable, email a request together with the !EnergyPlus installation password to MichaelWetter.
